Randy Bernard

Randy Bernard is a seasoned Merger & Acquisition Specialist and CEO with over 37 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategic management. He currently leads ACL Capital Group with the same expertise he brought to Proforma Partners LLC, an M&A advisory firm established in 1987. Randy’s career has seen him oversee the acquisition, sale, and integration of more than 150 businesses.

As the CFO of a public company’s Canadian operations, Randy was responsible for the acquisition and integration of $450 million in revenue growth, all while maintaining double-digit profit margins. His experience as an owner/operator of numerous companies provides him with a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face, particularly during the selling process. Randy holds a BCA designation from the International Society of Business Appraisers Association and specializes in helping business owners develop strategic exit plans.

Carlos López-Abadía

Carlos López-Abadía is a seasoned executive in the Business Services
and Technology sectors with strong operational and transformational
track record.
He was the global CEO at Atento, a $1.5B BPO provider in 13
countries, improving the results of every major market, expanding
into the US market and launching operations in Asia.
Prior to joining Atento Mr. López-Abadía worked at DXC Technology as
General Manager of DXC’s Global Consulting Business. Earlier he led a
$2.5B Global Business of Computer Science Corporation (CSC) that
included Natural Resources, High Tech, Utilities, Retail, Consumer
Goods and Transportation verticals.
Mr. López-Abadía previously led the services and support operations
of financial-software leader Misys (now Finastra).
Earlier on in his career Mr. López-Abadía worked at Accenture as
Senior Executive Partner in the US and UK. As a young professional he
worked at McKinsey & Co and AT&T in International M&A and R&D
Labs (Cyber Security).
Mr. Lopéz-Abadía holds an MS in Physics from the Universidad del País
Vasco and an MSEE in Artificial Intelligence from Purdue University
and an MBA from the Olin Business School from Washington
University.

Scott Page

Scott Page has dedicated over four decades to serving the Colorado community, establishing himself as a pillar in the banking industry. Currently, as the Regional President of CrossFirst Bank, Scott is instrumental in steering the bank’s growth across Colorado and Northern New Mexico. He began his banking career by meeting the financial needs of commercial clients, and eventually ascended into CEO roles at two different banking institutions.

Additionally, Scott brought his expertise to bank consulting, where he specialized in debt placement, strategic planning, and advisory services. He has served, formally and informally, as an executive coach and mentor to other developing and emerging leaders. Scott’s extensive contributions to both the banking sector and the Colorado community underscore his commitment to fostering growth and development.
