PHASE 2

Optimization & Modernization

With relationships and teams on strong footing, we turn our attention to operations:

  • Inventory and document key systems & processes
  • Collaborate to build a strategic roadmap for phased optimization and investment
  • Job #1 is to not break anything!
  • Then we can make it better while maintaining team morale and company performance.

Long Term Strategic Growth

The previous efforts drive incremental improvements, we then turn to long-term strategic growth initiatives:
