PHASE 1
Focus on People and Culture
We spend a lot of early energy focused on team, culture, and relationships:
- Learn what makes the business “tick”
- Understand norms and build rapport/credibility
- Identify future opportunities to enhance the culture
- This context makes us better suited to support decision making, and to manage inevitable changes over time

PHASE 2
Optimization & Modernization
With relationships and teams on strong footing, we turn our attention to operations:
- Inventory and document key systems & processes
- Collaborate to build a strategic roadmap for phased optimization and investment
- Job #1 is to not break anything!
- Then we can make it better while maintaining team morale and company performance.
Operations is in our DNA.
PHASE 3
Long Term Strategic Growth
The previous efforts drive incremental improvements, we then turn to long-term strategic growth initiatives:
- Product diversification
- Strategic partnerships
- Sales and marketing campaigns (aligned with operational investments)
- Inorganic growth options – in some cases, one investment can serve as a platform company on which to add bolt-on acquisitions
